Alexandre Klemperer

In 1990, during his 3 year residence in New York, Alex has attended TV Production classes at 16. In Brazil, was accepted in two major universities for Social Communicatios/Film and TV. After 6 years living in São Paulo, where he developed and directed a university sitcom, got invited to join TV Globo's staff, first as a producer, then AD and nowadays TV Director. Besides long term presence in USA, his international experience includes a documentary in Switzerland, residence in Germany and directing scenes in India, Dubai, Turkey and Madrid for Globo. New York would call him three more times for the Emmy 2009 (best Telenovela India a Love Story), Emmy 2011 (Araguaia - finalist) and 2013 to become a member of the International Academy for Television Arts and Science.
