Nicole Marie Comer

Nicole's pre-Hollywood years were filled with creative & educational pursuits including: math competitions, dance, choir, spelling bees and the violin, however, once she was named the lead in her 3rd grade production of "The Christmas Doll" she knew she was onto somethin'! While majoring in broadcasting and appearing on PBS in Houston, she decided to minor in theater and never turned back. Upon receiving her BA in Radio/TV/Theater from the University of Houston, she headed to Los Angeles with a job at Paramount Pictures awaiting her in the Domestic Television Department. Checking TV Nielsen ratings every morning was simply providing a paycheck while she concurrently earned her SAG card to take her career to the next level. Since receiving her SAG card and several odd jobs later, she has starred in several independent films including: "The Holy Cannoli" and "Runners". In addition to numerous supporting roles in television and leads in film, she has also appeared in a commercial with Backstreet Boy, Brian Littrel and print ads for e-nutrition, TLC & the California State Lottery. Nicole stays busy auditioning, writing and doing workshops. Nicole appears regularly at the Second City Theatre in The Boob Tube's ongoing parodies of some of our favorite TV shows. She has portrayed Gloria from "All In The Family", Marian from "Happy Days", Marsha from "Mr. Belvedere" and most recently wrote, directed and starred in 2 parodies of "Will & Grace" as Karen Walker. Look for Nicole in 2007 on "Notes From The Underbelly", a new ABC sitcom. Nicole will appear in Portuguese director,Fernando Fragata's American debut, "Backlight" as Sandy.
