Aldo Pisano has acted with Oscar Winner J.K Simmons on TBS' "Men at Work" and he wrote & directed the web series "When the Bomb Drops", starring Golden Globe Winner Rachel Bloom. This project was nominated for an Imagen Award. Aldo sold a half-hour pilot to Turner Broadcasting's Super Deluxe -- and he developed a pilot with A Stern Talking To at Warner Bros. His writing credits include "Ben 10" for Cartoon Network. Early on, he wrote for the ABC Scene Showcase and for the CBS Comedy Showcase. Aldo participated in Sony's Diverse Directors Program from 2019 to 2021. Previously, Aldo directed the pilot "Granny", which premiered at HBO's New York Latino Film Festival. His latest pilot, "Our Shag Pad", premiered at the Austin Film Festival and was presented by WB's Stage 13. Other credits include "Bollywood Stripper", featuring Melanie Chandra of CBS' "Code Black" and the dark comedy, "Romantic Skeletons", which featured Scout Durwood (MTV's "Mary + Jane") and Lidia Porto (Epix's "Get Shorty"). Originally from San Francisco, Aldo wrote & performed his comedy show "Judgement" at the Upright Citizen's Brigade in L.A. He studied screenwriting at NYU and has participated in the National Hispanic Media Coalition's TV Writers Program sponsored by ABC and NBC.
