Shavonne Burleigh

Shavonne Burleigh was born in Stillwater, Oklahoma, but grew up in Arlington, Texas. She studied dance for many years and received scholarships to Debbie Allen Dance Institute and Interlochen Center for the Arts. She has performed at Six Flags Over Texas, Universal Studios Hollywood, and with The Metropolitan Classical Ballet. Shavonne has also studied Cinemetography and Digital Editing at New York Film Academy. Shavonne is elated to announce that in 2008 she was accepted to the prestigious Yale Universtiy in New Haven, Connecticut. She has recently decided to return to her love of ballet and has accepted a position at Interlochen Center for the Performing Arts begging June 2008.
