Marco Franzoni

Born and raised in Bologna, Italy, Marco Franzoni moved to Los Angeles in 1994 where he graduated in Film/TV/Multimedia at UCLA. Since the early 90s, Marco has been working as a Cinematographer, Producer, Director and Composer on award-winning, socially-transformative films, thought-provoking TV programs, and inspiring multi-platform projects. He has collaborated with Sean Penn, Drew Barrymore, Snoop Dogg, ICE-T, Matt Damon, Christian Slater, Natasha Lyonne, George Clinton and documentary filmmakers such as Morgan Spurlock, Jonathan Stack, Vikram Jayanti, Heidi Ewing and Rachel Grady. His work has been released in U.S. theaters and worldwide on The Discovery Channel, National Geographic, The History Channel, MTV, VH1, NBC (US), CBS (US), BBC (UK), Channel 4 (UK), ARTE (France/Germany), Canal + (France), RAI (Italy), RTL (Germany), Seven Network (Australia), NHK (Japan).
