Patrick Gallagher has had a storied life from which he derives his inspiration and passion for film making. As a child actor from Brooklyn, he worked with the likes of Elliott Gould, Dana Andrews, Cecily Tyson, George C Scott & E.G. Marshall. After being honorably discharged from the Army Special Forces, he went on to successfully run and own his own trading company on the Chicago Board of Options Exchange/Chicago Board of Trade. After 25 years of success on Wall Street, Patrick entered into film finance in the early 1990's and became instrumental in creatively producing over 30 films for companies such as New Line Cinema, Artisan, and Trimark. Patrick produced and executed the business model which launched several companies where he produced and acted with Powers Booth, William H. Macy, Gary Busey, and Rod Steiger. Some of his films include Crash, NARC and In Enemy Hands. Patrick also served as a stunt actor and special consultant for military and high action/stunt scenes working with Spanky Spangler on several action genre films.
