Mike Bundlie co-founded LA based production company Abstract Entertainment, with partner Barry Levine, to develop and produce highly visual projects for film and television with an emphasis on international co-productions. Mike began doing professional illustration and design at the age of twelve in Minnesota. Over the next eight years, his clientele grew to include fortune 500 companies and celebrities. In 2000, he founded Poets Road, a Los Angeles development company that focuses on the creation of original entertainment properties for digital applications and new media. Mike has overseen the artistic direction for television, film and the web for numerous clients and studios. In 2010, Poets Road launched their mobile division to develop and co-produce mobile applications and games with premiere clients. Mike's candle app tribute to Steve Jobs was seen around the world when it became #1 in six countries as millions of mourners used it to pay homage. As of 2018, Mike Bundlie has designed three #1 apps, six top 10 apps and over 200 million total downloads. Original properties that Mike has helped developed have included KEWL Magazine (#1 Teen Magazine in the US, 2007), Make More than Your Parents (HCI Pub), The Wheel-E-Bots, Adventures in the ARTS (AT&T), The Youngins, WishingStar, Trollz (DIC), Cake (DIC) and DragonLance (Animated Feature).
