Rudyard Moncayo

Born on May 17, 1973, Rudyard started investing in real estate right after high school - a decision that ultimately lead to the creation of his company, West Coast Real Estate Investments and Holdings. His entrepreneurial projects started in the home development industry, eventually venturing into commercial real estate. Rudyard expanded his entrepreneurial efforts yet again, this time to provide aid and low cost housing to families in need. In 2002 he sold his company, dedicating his time volunteering in various charitable organizations. Rudyard Moncayo is also known for his adventurous spirit and sporting achievements. In 1991 he left on a 3 year self discovery trip to South America. His hobbies include Writing, Archery and Jiu-Jitsu.
