Rachel Hamilton was born and raised in Washington, D.C. She graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Theater. Rachel spent many years as a cast member at Second City, Chicago, starting with the National Touring Company and ending on the Main Stage. In 2004, Rachel moved to New York City, where she performs long-form Improv regularly at Magnet Theater and UCB, her solo show Hamiltonia had a successful run at UCB. A veteran Improv instructor, Rachel teaches at Magnet Theater and is an adjunct professor in the Theater Dept. at Syracuse University. Rachel is currently at work producing and directing her first Documentary film.
