A reformed slob? You would never guess! Tara Aronson, author of the new book "Mrs. Clean Jeans' Housekeeping with Kids", otherwise known as Mrs. Clean Jeans looks like she has always "had it all together." Aronson is fast becoming a familiar face on national television and is also a much sought-after lifestyle expert for local television news and radio programs nationwide. Aronson's advice also appears in dozens of articles on a range of topics from fashion, organizing, travel, cleaning, child rearing, party planning and pet care. Her popular column "Coming Clean" for the San Francisco Chronicle's Home Section, regularly enlightens readers on household organizing and cleaning advice, tips, and secrets. This summer, she will also grace the cover of Woman's World magazine. As one of America's favorite lifestyle experts, Aronson receives hundreds of letters and e-mails daily on her Web site www.mrscleanjeans.com. She is the first to point out that she gets responses from both women and men, who want to ask her advice, and share their own winning strategies. "You know, staying organized is a priority for everybody, and is just as important for an ordinary person at home as it is for the President." As an author, columnist, media personality, organizing marvel, and mother of three, Aronson has much of which to be proud. However, Aronson says, without hesitation, the career accomplishment she is most proud of is deciding to stay home with her firstborn son. Aronson earned her B.A. in journalism from San Diego State University and, while still in college, landed a reporting job with the San Diego Tribune. Two years later, she decided to try her wings on a national level, and accepted a job on the East Coast working with one of the two biggest wire services in the country, UPI (United Press International). Aronson has written two books: "Simplify Your Household" (Reader's Digest Publishing) and "Mrscleanjeans Housekeeping with Kids (Rodale) and is a columnist for the San Francisco. Aronson, a single mom of three, lives in Pacific Palisades.
