Kyle B. Thompson

Kyle B. Thompson is an American filmmaker who is best known as the co-founder of Red Flight Pictures LLC, a creative independent film company focused on narrative storytelling. Thompson began his filmmaking journey while in high school where he took a motion picture production course that provided a hands-on experience to its young students. Shortly after graduation, Thompson along with two classmates started an indie-film company called Red Flight Pictures. By 2013, Thompson and his team had helped produce several independent motion pictures including features and live-action short films. Thompson had directed several of them. Since the inception of Red Flight Pictures, Kyle and his team have won several awards at various film festivals across the US. His recent credits include the short film Things We Don't Know and the multi-award winning short, The Boy Hero which lead a festival tour across the US. Thompson is also the programming director and The Fort Myers Beach International Film Festival which receives over 1000 submissions per year.
