Wilhelm Lewis was born on March 10,1969 in Brooklyn, New York. Early on in his career he started out in regional theater and dabbled in commercials. He worked on major national campaigns for companies such as Levi's, Aetna and Budweiser. At a young age his was bitten by the acting and worked in major films. His first step into acting was in The Cookout starring Queen Latifa. He then starred in American Gangster alongside Denzel Washington. He also appeared in Mind the Gap where he had the pleasure of working with Hollywood legend the late Alan King. His career has included over a dozen National commercials with one of them being directed by the acclaimed director Spike Lee for State Farm Insurance. In his free time he enjoys physical fitness, playing sports, riding motorcycles and traveling the world.
