Scot Blackwell Stafford

Scot Stafford combines multiple disciplines as composer, sound supervisor, and founder and creative director for Pollen, his music, sound and audio consulting company based in San Francisco, LA and London. In each he has received multiple accolades and awards, showing his ability to go as deep as he goes broad. He is best known for his original music for animated shorts, series and now features; and his sound supervision for new immersive formats with bleeding edge tech and rich, immersive audio. Most projects require Stafford to learn something new... for LOST OLLIE it was a fretless mountain banjo and mountain dulcimer; for the upcoming ULTRAMAN it is a Nintendo NES and Commodore 64 both hacked to function as vintage 8bit synthesizers. He often works out of Pollen's "Decibelle" studio in San Francisco, which doubles as a live music recording studio and Atmos mixing stage.
