Adriana DeMeo is a first generation Italian American with dual citizenship. While most of her father's side now lives in the US, all of her mother's side still resides in a small town in Italy. She attributes her fierce loyalty and work ethic to her inspirational parents. She attended a performing arts high school where she was a lead in most of the plays her high school career. During this time, she was 1 of 10 people accepted in the prestigious Governor's School of the Arts of NJ, chosen from hundreds of submissions. This program was paid for by the state where students intensely studied with top teachers. Adriana played Puck in a rock and roll version of Mid Summer Night's Dream at the Edinburg Fringe Festival. She graduated with honors from Mason Gross School of the Arts and booked her first TV role prior to graduation. Since then she has steadily played various roles on TV, film, commercials, voice over, and theatre. Most notably, a heavily reoccurring role on the Netflix limited series 7 Seconds as well as the ground breaking same sex indie love story, A New York Christmas Wedding. Most recently, she guest starred as Thora Mancini on NBC'S New Amsterdam. Throughout her career, she always makes time for class. She has studied with Yale alum Gregory Berger Sobeck and Deborah Hedwall. Besides being well traveled, her greatest pastime is seeing live music. Name a band.. she's probably seen them live. Adriana is the lead singer of the indie-electronic band Ghost Guns. Ghost Guns was chosen out of 70 bands to have a song on the compilation Isolation Illumination. Recently, they had their first radio play and hope to play their first show in 2022.
