In high school, Andrew made a documentary called 'Senioritis' that -- according to the parents that cornered his mom in the grocery store -- "cast a stain on the entire community." His own parents forgave him when that projects became the basis for the film he was invited to write and direct for Fox Searchlight's filmmaker incubator program. Andrew missed the first month of college to travel to refugee camps in Sudan with MTV, where he hosted and shot the Emmy Award-winning documentary 'Translating Genocide.' Andrew then moved to Los Angeles where he has written, directed and edited projects for television and web, including Conde Nast Entertainment's first scripted series 'The Single Life.' In May 2014, Andrew graduated from the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts with a Master's degree in screenwriting.
