Born in Mankato, Minnesota in 1952 to John & Marie, the family moved to Southern California's Los Angeles suburbs in the spring of 1958. Frank's father worked for a Dairy Plant in South Gate, California, as did Frank in 1976. Frank started becoming interested in TV & movies as a child. As a boy of 10 years he met a number of actors & actresses involved in the industry. The family took in two attractions; one known as Corriganville Ranch in Simi Valley, the other Pioneer Town just outside Twenty nine Palms, California, in late 1958 & 1959, shown to them by their next-door neighbor Herman Meyers whom worked for Hollywood's top studios. After attending acting classes and a few TV Broadcasting Workshops in the late 80s as well as recovering from an injury; these classes which he took served & aided him later in the 90s. Leaving California Frank began working as a trash man in 1990 after moving back to his home state. A few years passed & he became known to the locals in town where he lives as "Frank The Garbageman" in 1994. He had been heard on a Country Music FM Radio Station for almost a year but it wasn't a real job; it was more an invite from a DJ who like what Frank could do with his voice & quick whit hence he was asked to be a sidekick. In 1995 he got his role as a singing cook in "Overnight Delivery" and so it started & is still on going interest for him today. Frank continues looking for work in films and TV also adding to his list of work thanks to some great people who don't mind a boisterous jovial personality on set.
