David Schussegger

David Schussegger was born in Basel Stadt, Switzerland on the 2nd of April, 1982 He spent his first few years in Ascona, a small tourist town in the Italian part of Switzerland, where his parents ran the Kohler Art Gallery. After a year in Spain, the Schusseggers moved first to Florida and then to Michigan, USA, when David was 8 years old. Until his 17th year of life, David grew up in the United States of America, with a 2 years period in Salzburg, Austria, in between. After returning to Switzerland in 1999, David attended the EFAS, European Film Actors School in Zurich, from spring 2001 to fall 2004. He financed his studies through several odd jobs including cashier, security guard, and grape harvesting. After completing his education he was drafted by the Swiss army until spring 2005. He currently resides in Basel, Switzerland, where he is working on several projects.
