Herb has appeared in several movies, television shows and other productions and has utilized his diverse life experiences to play numerous parts including a doctor, professional gambler, maintenance worker, sport reporter, attorney, judge and FBI agent to name a few. Herb is a Nevada Litigation Attorney and Minority Owner of the NBA G League team, the Stockton Kings. The following NBA players have played on the Reno Bighorns: Jeremy Linn, Danny Green, Garrett Temple, Steve Novak, Quincy Miller, Eric Morehouse, Hasaan Whiteside, and Jordan Hamilton. The NBA G League is the official minor league of the NBA. Herb has appeared in several NBA D League related television broadcasts on ATT Uverse, NBA TV, CBS Sports Network and ESPN. As to his legal career, Herb has received an AV peer review rating by Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating given. Herb has been listed in Who's Who in American Law, a Pillar of the Nevada Justice Association, and a member of the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association. He sits on the Board of Governors of the Nevada Association for Justice. Herb has been invited to lecture on various legal issues by the State Bar of Nevada, the National Judicial College, the Nevada Association for Justice, the First Judicial District Bar Association and the Washoe County Bar Association. Herb has practiced in the area of personal injury and workers' compensation since being admitted to the Nevada Bar in 1991. He has tried thousands of workers' compensation hearings and appeals and has also tried numerous arbitration, jury and bench trials. Herb is a certified specialist in Workers' Compensation Law in Nevada and was the 2018 Trial Lawyer of the Year.
