Alan Blackney was born April 9, 1980 in Houghton Lake, Michigan, to Deb and Charles Blackney. In 2002, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dream of acting. He landed several featured roles in popular shows such as "The O.C." and "Monk" as well as big budget movies such as "Spider-man 2" and "The Girl Next Door." Alan found further success working behind the scenes as a stand-in for actors such as Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Topher Grace, Max Minghella and Chris O'Donnell. He also worked closely with fellow actor and producer Taryn Hough on several short films that garnered attention in the independent film world.
