Brent Murray

Brent Murray is a director and filmmaker based in New York City. He began stage acting at nine years old, continuing through high school and college, subsequently receiving a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance, majoring in classical voice performance and piano. His film work explores themes of anxiety and pain, desire and love, evil and existentialism, and visually inhabits the space between the theatrical and cinematic. He has directed four short films to date, and is in preproduction for his first feature.
