Born in Los Angeles, California in 1970, he is of Filipino, Irish, and Native American descent. Anthony's early career started in acting doing college theater to critical acclaim in local newspapers. Was nominated to compete for an Irene Ryan National Drama Scholarship in 1991 but because of a personal crisis and ill preparation, didn't make the cut. Then he got a break taking a small featured roll in Robert Fontaine's Crispy, Crackers, and Beans (1995). Life took many difficult and challenging turns over the next several years and after struggling with addiction / self medication Anthony discovered he had adult ADHD. In 1998, after deciding to put acting aside, he returned to education and earned his Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design in 2003 with the honor of Suma Cum Laude. Starting as a jr design artist with a paid internship in 2000 at a small local production/post-production company, Anthony worked his way up from 2D paint and rotoscope artist to jr compositor. Later explored editorial and became a graphics supervisor and associate producer on an independent documentary entitled Eminem AKA (2004). Wanting to further his exploration of filmmaking, Anthony attended classes in the Cinema program at LACC and realized he wanted to learn more by doing and set out working in many areas of production and post-production to broaden his knowledge base and gain a well rounded appreciation of all the crafts that make filmmaking possible. Having directed several promos, shorts, PSAs, and political commercials and produced a few music videos and shorts, Anthony embarked on creating Whisperworks Studios LLC. Built from the ground up, Whisperworks Studios is a boutique company striving to break new ground in the areas of Filmmaking and Visual Effects production. While Anthony continues to pursue his acting and directing dreams, he is primarily in Los Angeles and can be found working as a Senior Digital Compositor, with many Television and Feature Film credits to his name. He married Michelle Rogers in 2005 and has 4 children. Together they have contributed to fight homelessness and hunger locally through community outreach programs like Project Achieve and internationally by sponsoring children in the Phillipines. Anthony signed with Digital Artists Agency in 2008 and was represented by Bob Coleman until 2010 when Anthony decided to continue pursuing his career without representation. He is an active member of the Visual Effect Society, the Digital Cinema Society, and Film Independent.
