Lauren Fritz

Lauren Fritz is a Brooklyn based writer/director. She teaches filmmaking at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University in the Open Arts and Film/ TV Departments. Prior to working at NYU Lauren worked in the film industry in both production and development on many films, television shows and commercials. In addition to her film work, she has written and edited news, reviews and feature articles for a variety of magazines and online publications. She received her BFA from the Film & TV Department, Tisch School of the Arts, New York University and her MA in Film Production & Urban Studies from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study also at New York University.
