Máté Dobray was born in Budapest in 1989. He acquired a masters in Fashion Photography at the London College of Fashion, and worked as a photographer and digital retoucher. He later moved back to Budapest where he completed a masters in Cinematography at the University of Theatre and Film Arts (SZFE). He has since worked as a director of photography in various projects, including short films, documentaries, TV series, ad campaigns, music videos, online content and experimental films.
