Manuk Aret, born in Melbourne, Australia began his career as a singer in high school which led him to perform in the stage musical MAME and Gertrude Steins' DR. Faustus Lights the Lights for which he won an award and a role on TV show Blue Heelers. Moving to Sydney he studied dance and worked with Stella Adler students Annie Swann and Lynette Sheldon. Performing with ATYP (Australian Theatre for Young People) and numerous other stage shows led to him joining the cast of All Saints. He then flipped a coin and packed his suit bag with 2 books On The Road by Jack Kerouac and The Intent To Live by Larry Moss and landed in Los Angeles. He has since studied with Larry Moss and had numerous roles in film, television and commercial. He has also likes to surf.
