Andrew Mark 'Chappers' Chapman is a football pundit who presents Match of the Day 2 and 5 live Sport. Mark began his career in 1996 as a continuity announcer for the BBC before becoming a cricket correspondent for BBC North East radio. From there Mark worked for radio 1, as a sports reporter, where he gained the nickname 'Chappers' In 2010 Mark released Heroes, Hairbands and Hissy Fits: Chappers' History of Modern Football, a book in which he criticises what modern football has become. Mark frequently raises money for CLIC Sargent (a children's cancer charity) and has run the London marathon twice to raise money for them, along with cycling from Land's End to John O' Groats.
