Chris Herzberger was born to Craig and JoAnn Herzberger on June 28th, 1986 in Akron, Ohio. He began working professionally in the entertainment industry at the age of 14 when he cast as Billy in the much acclaimed Midwest premiere of "big, The Musical" at Drury Lane Oakbrook. For his performance, Chris was nominated for the city's top theatre honor, the Jeff Award, and spent the next several years performing in various Equity productions throughout Chicago. He performed leading roles at The Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Drury Lane Evergreen Park, The Metropolis Arts Center, and The Royal George. Chris graduated from Neuqua Valley High School in 2004 and moved to La Mirada, California to attend Biola University as a film major and Biblical studies minor. In 2006, he began full-time work as the production assistant to Academy Award nominated writer/director/producer Gary Ross (Seabiscuit, Pleasantville) at Larger Than Life Productions and was subsequently promoted to Mr. Ross' 1st Assistant. In October of 2007, Chris left his position at Larger Than Life to head up Perspective Theatricals in Los Angeles, where he is responsible for leading the development and production of new works packaged for both Broadway & regional theatres. Chris has two older brothers, Mike and Tim, and a hysterical little dog named Shaq.
