Steve Hodel

Steve Hodel is a 24-year veteran of the Los Angeles Police Department and, as a Homicide Detective Supervisor, handled over 300 murder investigations in its Hollywood Division before retiring in 1986. His nonfiction books "The Black Dahlia Avenger" (2003), "Most Evil" (2009), "Black Dahlia Avenger II" (2012) and "Most Evil II" (2015) and his play "A Genius for Murder" (2013) all make the case that his father Dr George Hill Hodel (1907-1999) was a serial killer.
