Her areas of expertise include nutrition, healthy lifestyle behavioural changes, weight management ,shared care for pregnancy, sleep, exercise, mental health, sexual health, hypnosis and preventative medicine. Dr Caroline is also an S100 prescriber for HIV .Dr Caroline remains committed to the latest developments in lifestyle medicine believing that prevention is the key for better health.
