Blake Leibel

In May 2016, LA Sherriffs arrested Leibel on suspicion of murdering his girlfriend. An LASD report, posted on their site, reads in part: "Detectives have learned that the victim's mother had contacted the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station to report her daughter missing. The deputies responded to the victim's residence to conduct an investigation and made entry into the apartment. During a search of the apartment, deputies located the suspect and detained him. Deputies continued their search and discovered the victim in a bedroom unresponsive. The victim appeared to have sustained blunt force trauma to her head. The victim, Iana Kasian, a 30 year-old female White, was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect, Blake Leibel, a 35 year-old male White, was subsequently arrested for the murder of the victim, mother of his child. Detectives discovered the victim and the suspect were living together and had a child in common."
