Melissa Kid

Melissa Kid is a Los Angeles based actress born in Lake Charles, LA and raised in The Woodlands, TX. She has a background in theatre and improv and has performed on stages in New York, Scotland, Austin, TX, St. Louis and Los Angeles. Her first movie role, Another Christmas, was written for her by writer/producer Brian Hohlfeld immediately upon her college graduation. Hohlfeld then went on to cast her in her second movie as the lead in his feature film, Abdul Loves Cleopatra. Her combined love of theatre, film and production along with inspirations Carol Burnett, Goldie Hawn, I Love Lucy and Friends draw her towards sketch and sitcoms with a live studio audience .
