Lights... Camera... Action! Estelle Simon heard these words even before she was born, as her mother, actress Laurence Bru, was pregnant with her while shooting lead role tango dancer Fumée in French cult classic L'Acrobate. It only made sense then that Estelle studied theater, dancing and singing at an early age, first at the Cours Odile Mallet & Jean Davy, then at the Cours Viriot and the ATLA School of Paris. Having completed her studies, she became a regular voice actress, voicing French television network M6 and a number of commercials, films and cartoons, including Brad Bird's Ratatouille. As a stage performer, she has appeared in a variety of theatrical roles, including 'Marianna' in Pierre Beffeyte's 2011 production of Shakespeare's All's Well that Ends Wells. She has also appeared on screen as a guest in Canal+'s TV series Engrenages and TF1's Julie Lescaut as well as in a number of feature films Désordres. In parallel, Estelle Simon has been working behind the scenes as a stage, film and television production supervisor, creative consultant and assistant, notably with Hervé Renoh on his films "Coursier" and "Jack of Diamonds".
