Jack Douglas

Jack Douglas was married 4 times and 3 of those marriages produced a total of 5 children. His first marriage to Eleanor Thatcher lasted less than a month and produced no children. His second marriage to Merle Dean Crain lasted 11 years before ending in divorce, and produced 2 children, a son, Johnny, and a daughter, Marlene. His third marriage, which lasted 5 years and also ended in divorce, was to singer Marion Hutton and produced a son, photojournalist Peter Hemming. His fourth marriage to performer Reiko Hashimoto lasted nearly 30 years until his death. They had two children together, film composer Robert Douglas and studio technician Timothy Douglas.
