Justin Rigby

Justin Rigby is a creative director and filmmaker who has been creating and producing original film content for over a decade in New York. Rigby founded Studio Matter in 2014 with producer and longtime collaborator, Bonnie Choi, to pursue several film projects. As the creative director of Studio Matter, he has directed, written, and edited over 40 works of original content, including brand films and digital marketing content in addition to continuing to develop original narrative film projects. Prior to founding Studio Matter, Rigby released his first feature film, Either Or, which premiered in New York City in 2011. This film was an official selection to the 2012 Manhattan Film Festival and screened as part of the Lighthouse Film Festival Board Member Special Screening series. Rigby studied film theory and production at the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Film, Television, and Theater in 2005.
