John Gethin was born in Barnet and began performing improvised comedy on a regular basis in 2004, and graduated with a BA in Philosophy and Theology in 2006 from Pembroke College, Oxford. John appeared in Beauty and the Geek (UK) on Channel 4 in 2006 and he and Teri Marquez won the series.
