Sonia Feigelson is an Brooklyn-based writer and performer. She earned a BA in theatre and performance art from Bard College in 2013 and was a 2010 recipient of the Memoir award from Random House Creative Writing Competition. In 2016, she was awarded third prize in Glimmer Train's Short Story Award for New Writers. She graduated from New York University with an MFA in Fiction, where she has been an adjunct professor for undergraduate courses on creative writing. Sonia was Fiction Editor of The Washington Square Review and the Managing Editor at Joyland Magazine, an international literary journal. Sonia has also been acting professionally since age 12. She has been featured in film and television shows, including James Ponsolt's Off the Black, and has performed in Off-Broadway theatre. She also did dramaturgical work as the artistic assistant at New York's Vineyard Theatre. .
