Ricardo Moreno

Born and Raised in Mexico City, Director and Cinematographer Ricardo Moreno believes that the human spirit is a key element to his work, and he expresses this personal philosophy in all his creative endeavors. A graduate of the Brooks Institute of Photography, Ricardo's work caught the attention of many in the film industry. With a unique combination of strong visual style and rich aesthetics, Ricardo started directing music videos for top Latin Artists such as Juan Gabriel, Pepe Aguilar, and Marco Antonio Solio, among others. Ricardo directed and created a style for Mexican Tourism Board, representing Mexico at the International Tourism Convention in Hanover, Germany. A music video, "tu ingratitude," performed by Grammy-nominated Ana Barbara, was selected to be part of The Cinémathèque Française in Paris. His awarded films have been praised for their conscience and humanity, are personal reflections of Ricardo's concern for the unique worth of the individual.
