Minel Kleper is a Romanian film and theater actor .He was born on May 3, 1936 in Bucharest, Romania. He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1959.In 1963, he plays first role in the movie Tudor .Other notable roles in films : Michael the Brave (1971), Neamul Soimarestilor (1965) and Stephen the Great: Vaslui 1475 (1975).
