Mark White

Mark White (born on July 7, 1962, in New York City) is the bass guitarist for Spin Doctors, an early 1990s rock band. He has collaborated to play alternative, funk and blues rock with many musical groups, including The Heavy Pets, The Robotix, Eight53, Free World Jazz Ensemble. As a songwriter and bass player, he is an active teacher in several high-profile rock and jazz schools. Mark White has also been an outspoken advocate for atheist rights.
