Lori Henry is best known for her voice work on The Black Tapes podcast as the host, Alex Reagan. She has also done voice work on other shows, including The Last Movie podcast. She began her career at 2 years old learning Polynesian dancing and performing at Expo '86. She soon widened her training to include tap, jazz, ballet, modern, contemporary and hip hop, as well as played ringette. Her core acting training took place at Gastown Actors Studio in Vancouver, Canada, and she continued training and performing in Vancouver for many years. She then worked as a freelance travel and lifestyle writer. Her freelance work has been published in Reader's Digest, Air Canada's enRoute, WestJet magazine, USA Today, British Columbia Magazine, Western Living, Spa, FLARE, and VIA destinations. Guidebook work included Vancouver Explorer: The Complete Residents' Guide, and Best Places Northwest. She splits her time between Canada and the UK.
