J. Allen Brack

As President of Blizzard Entertainment, J. Allen Brack is dedicated to maintaining the high standard of quality that has propelled Blizzard to the pinnacle of the gaming industry and positioned the company as an internationally recognized leader in interactive entertainment. J. joined Blizzard in January 2006 and held multiple leadership roles prior to being named president in October 2018. He served as executive producer for World of Warcraft, the #1 subscription-based MMORPG in the world, overseeing every aspect of development and operations for the game. Under J.'s direction, World of Warcraft has captivated millions of players worldwide and received a steady stream of substantial content updates, including multiple expansions that rank among the fastest-selling PC games of all time. In addition to managing the global launch of Blizzard's latest best-selling World of Warcraft game, J. spearheaded the development efforts for WoW Classic, the recreation of the original World of Warcraft experience prior to its seven world-changing expansions. J. has also led all philanthropic initiatives associated with World of Warcraft, resulting in Blizzard's donation of millions of dollars for important causes such as disaster relief and children's healthcare. A seasoned 24-year game industry veteran, J. held multiple roles at Origin Systems, Inc., working on the Wing Commander franchise, and then at Sony Online Entertainment LLC, working on Star Wars Galaxies, prior to joining Blizzard.
