City of birth : Marion, Ohio, USA

Aubrey was born in Marion, Ohio but only lived there for 6 months as a baby. His parents (Fonda and Aubrey Jr.) moved to Mineral Wells, Texas where he was raised. Aubrey Jr. was murdered trying to break up a domestic dispute in Abilene, Texas December 15, 1983. Aubrey's mother bought him a batting cage shortly after his fathers death to help him cope with growing up without a father. Turns out that paid huge dividends for Fonda. Aubrey told her as a young man that he would one day buy his mother a house, and a car once he made it to the big leagues. Aubrey's hard work in the batting cage gained him a scholarship to play baseball at the University of Miami. There he excelled making first team all-American at first base. He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Rays in the 5th round of the 1998 draft and made his major league debut with the Rays August 2, 2000. Aubrey went on to play 13 seasons in Major League baseball with the Tampa Bay Rays, Baltimore Orioles, Detroit Tigers, Houston Astros, and San Francisco Giants having won 2 World Series Titles with the Giants. And yes he did buy his mom that house, and car! Aubrey retired from baseball in 2012 and tried his hand in many different careers. But has found a passion, and a love for acting, and is now relentlessly pursuing a career as an actor with the same drive and determination he learned playing the game of baseball. Aubrey has years of experience doing countless commercials for the teams he has played for. And was one of the stars on the Showtime series "The Franchise" in 2011. Aubrey is also an avid painter, who loves to paint pop art style superheroes. He also wrote a book with co writer Stephen Cassar titled, "Baseball Junkie". In it Aubrey details his life growing up without a father, and the many demons he had to wrestle with growing up, and in the big leagues, not to mention the post athlete struggles that come after retirement.
