Sandi Pepe

Hailing from Queensland Australia and with a strong curiosity towards her Italian roots, she secured a position spearheading the executive concierge of the Italian airline, Alitalia. She frequented New York, Boston, Chicago, Dubai, and Africa as international hubs and was based in Rome and Milan. Whenever stationary, Sandi took advantage of cooking lessons with some of the best chef's in Italy. After three years in Italy, she moved to Los Angeles, CA, embarking on an endeavor to take Hollywood by storm, excelling in many posts including A-List talent agent and producer. Sandi continuously baked throughout her career and became the go-to-girl for cakes and desserts amongst the Hollywood community, quickly becoming known as sandicakes. At the top of 2010, she launched her events / catering company Mad Hatter Events. Sandi has catered large celebrity fundraiser events such as Fresh start, which raised money to benefit therapeutic art programs for at-risk youth, children Mending Hearts a 500-person celebrity spring fundraiser honoring young outstanding heroes in the la community. Sandi continues to cater, create & deliver for an array of events all around Los Angeles.
