Jimmy Turner started acting and playing music at the age of 4. When he was 9 years old, his family moved to Hollywood, California, where he began appearing in a number of commercials and theater productions before appearing in his first short feature film "All You Need Is Money" by writer/director/star Ron Turbeville. He appeared opposite Rock Hudson in a small role as a paperboy in an episode of "McMillen and Wife" and, in his largest role, opposite David Carradine in the "Kung Fu" episode, "The Brujo." At 13 years old, Jimmy switched from acting to performing music professionally and went on to perform at Walt Disney World in Florida and Tokyo Disney Sea in Japan among many other venues in the US & Japan. He also performed at the west coast premieres of "The Sunshine Boys" (1975) and "All That Jazz' (1979). Jimmy (now "Jim") started working in post production of films and television in 2006. He is an assistant editor and Avid Media Composer Certified Master Instructor.
