Currently serving as the News and Sports Director for NBC-TV in Los Angeles. Benny has also covered major sports/news stories across the globe for ESPN, CBS, and ABC and is the recipient of multiple Emmy Awards (over 10!), Broadcast Director Awards, Golden Mike Award as well as the prestigious Peabody Award. Benny is a former Bantamweight boxer, and he is also a co-partner with Global Creative-Global Authentication, Inc (one of the TOP sports authenticators in the world) as well as the founder of Premier Sports (a highly successful sports memorabilia store). He is one of the primary sources for accurate data in the sports/news market today, and a maverick collector himself of world class sports memorabilia. Currently he is developing a feature film project about the Golden age of baseball of the Pacific Coast League- A highly stylized period piece set in the 1930s - an accurate portrayal based on true events that mix Hollywood Stars, the mafia, and legendary players of America's all time favorite sport.
