Mari Banno

Mari Banno is an actress based in Tokyo, Japan. In 2006, she made her film debut in the movie "Red Whale and White Snake" playing the role of Rika Kawahara. This became the catalyst for her aspiration to become an actress. When Mari was 13, She participated in an English speech contest and spoke about her dream of becoming an internationally acclaimed actress. She received an award for that speech. In order to fulfill this dream, she decided to study abroad in San Francisco when she was 15 years old. This experience further strengthened her desire to become an actress who could promote Japanese culture. After returning to Japan, she continued her entertainment activities while attending Sophia University. After graduating, she continues to be actively involved in a wide range of activities, including advertisements, dramas, and movies.
