Lee has been involved with filmmaking for over 25 years since the age of eleven. He started acting in short films such as the James Bond spoof series, 'Jim Bond' during the early 1980s. However, he soon turned his sights to working behind the camera as a director and producer and was soon working on other short live and animated films for local film groups such as Kestrel Films. In 2000 Lee expanded his growing business into the post production arena to help facilitate some of the projects he was working on. By 2006 the expansion was complete with a move to Ridley Scott's Shepperton Film Studios for both his production business and that of the post production arm. Here he was involved in working on a multitude of films including, 'His Dark Materials - The Golden Compass', 'Ink Heart', 'Moon', 'The Cranford Chronicles, 'Credo' and 'The Mutant Chronicles' to name a few. In 2007 the opportunity arose to work with his mentor and double BAFTA winning writer/director Stuart Urban on the Noir Thriller, 'Jack Says' being produced at Shepperton Studios by Simon Phillips. Lee directed the first segment in this independent three part feature film which is now available on DVD. During the early part of 2014, Lee is working as a screenwriter on several projects with his LA based management team.
