Shannon O'Dowd

Shannon O'Dowd is a National Infomercial Host, Commercial Spokesperson, QVC Presenter and an On-Camera Hosting & Media Coach. Originally from St. Petersburg, FL with a degree in Theatre Performance from Florida State University, Shannon has been working professionally in the entertainment industry for well over a decade. She has had recurring roles in shows like The Bold and The Beautiful and series regular roles in shows like the medical drama Diagnosis X. As a spokesperson, she has had several national campaigns including Cable One, Jenny Craig, Sunsweet Raisins, OfficeMax, Invisalign, Discovery Toys and Nissan. As a host, she has interviewed celebrities and has been the face of many spots in the infomercial world including Aerobed, Create Ur Plate, Instant Figure, Nano Gym, Slim N Lift, Think and Lose, Lipozene, Bankruptcy Legal Network, the Sneeze Sleeve and many more! She is also a recurring guest expert on QVC. As a hosting coach, Shannon trains her students to "pop" by being a host with a lot of life, perspective, and a strong point of view. Her adjustments are spot-on and the information she provides stays with her students and aids in many areas of on-camera work, even beyond just hosting! She's a favorite among students.
