Gregory Younger is a playwright and stage/screen actor. His plays have had productions throughout the country, including Seattle, Denver, NYC, Phoenix, Missoula and Helena, MT. Publications include a short play in the literary journal Backbone Mountain Review, and Snowfield, a short story, in a Christmas issue of Allegany Magazine. Directing credits include "Man and Superman" by George Bernard Shaw, "The Room" by Harold Pinter, and his own plays, "Mirage" at The Theater for the New City, "A Just Cause" at Randall Theatre in Medford, Oregon and "Blut", produced by Toto Con Nada in Manhattan. He trained at the University of Montana, earning a degree in Drama/Dance. As an actor, toured A Christmas Carol as Scrooge with Barry Williams in the 2004 NE tour, which played the Beacon Theater on Broadway in New York City. Off-Broadway credits include a talking baby in Aunt Blossom, Zane in BLUT, and Franz in Katzelmacher at HERE in SoHo. Acting roles also include Pharaoh in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at ETC in Seattle WA, Danny Zuko in Grease!, Tony in West Side Story, Norman in Alan Ayckbourn's Table Manners at the Santa Fe Playhouse and Round and Round the Garden in Desert Foothills Theater in Phoenix, AZ, Sid in The Pajama Game, Jane/Lord Edgar/Irma/Intruder in The Mystery of Irma Vep, George Hay in Ken Ludwig's Moon Over Buffalo at the Homemade Theater in Saratoga Springs, NY. He continues to be active as a dramatic and comedy writer, as well as an actor for stage and screen.
