David began performing as a child, doing television commercials and voice-overs for Public Television. He won a full scholarship to Loyola University Chicago, where he received a B.A. in Theatre Arts. After graduation, he worked in Chicago and Minneapolis, performing in Regional Theatre and in Educational and Industrial Films. As an Actor, Singer, Dancer, he moved to New York City, where he quickly began working in Soap Operas and Off Broadway Musical Theatre, touring throughout the United States. He has worked professionally with several influential theatre producers, directors and choreographers to include: Ossie Davis, Lee Minskoff, Rosetta LeNoire, Michael Shurtleff, Thomas Bullard, Dennis Zacek, Gregory Mosher and Henry LeTang; and Musical Theatre Composers: George Fischoff, Cornelius (Neal) Tate and Donald Ashwander to name a few. David volunteered for a New York University program that used Theatre and Psychology to help children with disabilities. He was hooked! A few years later, he had become a Counseling/Drama Therapist. This led to him producing and directing over 20 children's theatrical productions and several educational television projects designed to teach conflict management, stress reduction and encourage character building. As a film and television actor, David has been seen in Steven Brill's Walk of Shame, David Fincher's Zodiac, The Mentalist, Mad TV, All My Children and Passions. David is also an accomplished singer. He has co-written several songs and has worked as a song stylist and studio singer for a number of noteworthy composers. He is a featured singer with several jazz bands and has toured throughout the U.S., Europe and Africa. He now resides in Los Angeles, California.
