Anne Richardson

Anne Richardson is an actor, screenwriter and director in New York City. As an actor, Anne is best known for her work on Person of Interest, The Blindspot, You Can't Take it Back, and her extensive work as one of the top commercial actors in her category. She is member of the Obie and Drama Desk winning Theatre Company The Barrow Group and friend of the LAByrinth. As a screenwriter, her thriller Baby Obsession premiered on Lifetime in 2019. She has two more Lifetime thrillers in development. Anne is also a 2018 Sundance Episodic Writer's Lab semi-finalist for her pilot The Big D. As a writer-director, Anne's first film, the award winning short I'll Hide, You Seek was produced under the guidance of legendary producer Michael Hausman (Brokeback Mountain, Amadeus, Gangs of New York) and is now streaming on www.sofy.tv. Her first feature Deliver Me, a thriller in the spirit of Get Out with themes of gender and religious bias, is in pre-production. With an insatiable love of storytelling and conviction for social justice, Anne has a passion for inclusive stories that dig deep into human characters while challenging social thought. What drives her creatively is how to make films with artistic depth that also thrill and entertain.
